We’re pleased to introduce Bob Payne, owner of Cecil County owned company Terracon, Inc., who is our site contractor. Bob has owned and operated Terracon for 15 years. Bob stated, “I am thrilled to have been selected as a contractor for this project."
Construction is underway at the site of the new North East Branch Library! As construction progresses, we’ll be using this website for updates and to share pictures. For this update, we have several great photos that show the preparation for the foundation.
